Superod® Rod Guides are designed specifically for use on Superod® Fiberglass Rods and are installed using a proprietary attachment process. Our Installation process insures the guides will stay in place and resist slippage on the rod. Superod® Guides have over twice the erodible area of conventional, molded-on guides.

Material: Polyphthalamide Nylon

Reinforcement: 34% Fiberglass

Operating Temperature: 350° F (Guide Only)

Depth: Over 10,000 ft.

Conditions: Engineered for aqueous H2S oilfield environments

Engineering/Rod Design

Superod®‘s Engineering Department will provide a rod string design using either RodStar or SRod predictive Software. Current well bore paths require the company to furnish a gyro or deviation survey so our design team can recommend placement of the rod guides to prevent unnecessary rod wear on your tubing.
